Q: How do I place a service call? Back to Top
A: A request for service can be initiated by calling Xerox Customer Services toll free at 1 800 822 2979. You will then be asked to "speak" your serial number after which you will directed to the proper customer service group for your product.

Q: If I am on a cost per copy plan why am I out of supplies? Back to Top
A: Typically auto-replenishment of supplies if based on a average anticipated usage. If you have gone through a higher usage period or in the begining of a new cost per copy plan it may be neccessary to contact the "Auto Replenishment" group for assistenace. Call them toll free at 1 800 599 2198 for assistance. Please have the most current meter read for the equipment.

Q: What do I do with used copy cartridges? Back to Top
A: Xerox has an excellant recycling program, in almost all supply packaging you will find a return postage paid taq to return used/consumed supplies. If you can not find it you can always ask your Customer Service Engineer for assistance on their next visit.
